Where Can I Pick Up My Tickets?

Tickets purchased online will be emailed with a confirmation and a QR code. Please bring printed copies of your email tickets or the QR code on your phone to the show to pick up badges and wristbands at the registration area.

Can I Purchase Tickets at the Show?

Yes, tickets can be purchased at the show. Day-of tickets are $5 more per day than those purchased online. Both cash and credit cards are accepted for on-site purchases.

I am a Special Guest, Volunteer, or Vendor - Where Do I Pick Up My Tickets?

There will be a Will Call at the registration area with a list and your name on it. You can bypass the ticket lines and go directly to Will Call.

What is the Refund Policy?

SoCal Gaming Expo does not offer refunds on any tickets. However, tickets can be given to other attendees if you are unable to attend and are not name-specific.

Are There Any Discounted Hotels for the Show?

Where Do I Park?

There is an attached paid parking garage at the Pasadena Convention Center, along with numerous other parking garages in the area and metered street parking available. Click here for Available Parking.

Is There Food Available at the Show?

Yes, there are concessions on the Exhibit Hall floor serving food during show hours. Additionally, numerous restaurants and food options are within a short walking distance of the Pasadena Convention Center. Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted in the venue.

What Sort of Payment Do Vendors Accept?

Most vendors accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment methods are at the vendor's discretion, and some may only accept cash.

What Do I Do If I Find or Lose Something?

Please bring all found items to the SoCal Information Booth in the lobby. Lost and found services will be located here.

Are Vendors Allowed to Sell Bootlegs at SCGE?

No, the buying and selling of counterfeit or knock-off items is not tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in one warning; a second violation will lead to removal from the show.

Can I Take Pictures and Video?

Yes, you are welcome to take pictures and videos at SoCal Gaming Expo. However, recording and flash photography are not permitted in the panels. Please respect guests' privacy if they ask not to have their picture taken.

Will I Be On Camera?

There is a good chance you may be recorded, as professional videographers, YouTubers, TikTokers, and other social media influencers will be filming many of the events. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being recorded.

Will Guests Sign Autographs?

Yes, many guests will sign autographs in the Autograph/Guest Area and at various booths on the show floor. Some guests may sign autographs at no charge, while others may charge a fee. An autograph certification organization may be on-site to authenticate signatures.

Is There WiFi in the Pasadena Convention Center?

WiFi is available for purchase directly from the Pasadena Convention Center.

Can I Bring Items to Sell or Trade to Vendors?

Yes, attendees are allowed to bring a limited number of items to sell or trade to vendors on the show floor. Items can also be consigned at the Video Games & Collectibles Auction.

Can I Bring My Pet?

Please leave your pets at home. Only service animals are allowed inside the Pasadena Convention Center.

Can I Bring My Skateboard for the Skate Ramp?

No, the skate ramp is for professional use only. Various performance times will be scheduled for attendees to spectate.
