There are some pretty awesome things coming to WDW in 2023. New restaurants, attractions and even night time shows. We will show you a sneak peek of what’s coming in the new year and countdown to one of the most anticipated attraction in the new year! Grab your ears and let’s see what is coming to Walt Disney World dining in 2023!!
First up we have a few new restaurants coming to WDW in 2023. Remember, timelines are pretty flexible when it comes to Disney. Sometimes things open earlier sometimes later… much…. later. In Hollywood Studios we will finally be able to dine at Woody's Roundup Rodeo BBQ, which was supposed to open in 2020! This will be a sit down dining experience, meaning you will need an advanced dining reservation! We’ve gotten a few looks into the visuals of the new interior and the adorable china that’s shaped like a traditional paper plate. Although there is no menu released yet we’re sure to see some BBQ staples and a great toy like atmosphere.
At Disney's Boardwalk Inn Resort we will see Cake Bake Shop opening in the vacant ESPN area on the boardwalk. This will also be a sit down restaurant, requiring a reservation. The shop will be holding afternoon tea service, and have a savory and sweet dessert menu. Also at The Boardwalk there will be a new quick service coffee shop in the lobby, Carousel Coffee! After staying at Boardwalk this year, I can say this one is anticipated as there really isn’t many places to stop in this resort. This should be opening in very early 2023.
In Disney Springs, although we already have some great choices we can add one more, Summer House on the Lake. This will be a sit down restaurant and a second location to Summer House which originates from Chicago. From the imagined visuals we can expect a relaxed airy vibe and some fantastic food although the menu has not yet been released.
