Up first we have the long-awaited return of Fantasmic in Disneyland.  Fantasmic is a fan favorite nighttime show, typically at both parks, where Mickey dreams he is a sorcerer! This show has music and scenes from favorites like Aladdin, Tangled, The Lion King and tons of other  characters show up to the party. We get to see some pyrotechnics, water projections and tons of action.  The show returned on May 28th and can be seen each night in Disneyland at 9pm and 1030pm. Be sure to check your My Disney Experience app for specific times each day. We are still waiting for the show opening date in Hollywood Studios in Disney World promised later this year.

Over to the East coast we go for some super exciting Epcot news, Guardians of The Galaxy- Cosmic Rewind is open! This is the first backward launch coaster in Disney and has an awesome soundtrack of 8 different songs you may get during your ride.  The ride officially opened with a virtual queue on May 27th and will continue the virtual process for the next few months. What does that mean, MrsGoldenEars? Well, lucky for you I have done a little demonstration that you can watch here. Make sure you refresh that screen before 7am. Missed out, do not fear you have another chance at  a boarding group at 1pm, you do have to be in the park for this! Keep in mind, this ride has caused a lot of motion sickness, but I still think it is a must do!

Staying in Epcot, we have received a few of the booths and menus for our favorite festival of the year! Yup, it is almost time for Food & Wine in Epcot again., returning on July 14th and having a long run till November 19th 2022.  They have some great booths returning, and a few new exciting ones  are sure to be named soon. A few of the returning booths are Appleseed Orchard, Shimmering Sips, and The Swanky Saucy Swine.  They also released the Eat to the Beat bands that will be playing and I for one am excited to see Hanson on that list! Some of the dates announced so far are Baha Men- July 14th-15th, Joey Fatone & Friends August 5th-8th, Hoobastank September 9th-10th, and Boys II Men November 4th-7th.  Keep in mind these shows run pretty much every day or other day during the festival at 5:30, 6:45 and 8pm. There are reservations available now for dining packages, so take a look at the options!

Up next we have some news for DAK, The Finding Nemo Show is back, well almost! Starting June 13th, you will finally be able to see the newly reimagined The Big Blue and Beyond. I will keep you updated on showtimes, as soon as they pop up in the app. Another thing to note in DAK, Kite tails has now become a drop in 5 minute show happening through the day at different intervals. You can sit and relax in the pavilion or catch the show as you walk by.
