What happens when Bane devises a plan to take over Gotham, that will push even Batman to the brink? You get a story with a lot of plot twists and turns, and a surprising death. This is Bane at his "best"! Bane has always been a mastermind in the crime world. This proves it! 

4 - Flashpoint: Batman

In a world where eveything looks like our world, but some things are different. In this world, Bruce Wayne is the one who gets shot as a child. What's a grieving father to do? Become that worlds Batman! This story gave me a chance to see Batman in a new light. Thomas Wayne as Batman is great! He's dark. He's voilent. He's willing to cross the line to

get vengence!

3 - Batman Knightfall:

If DC can kill Superman, then why not try it again with Batman? Even though they don't actually kill Batman, Bane breaks Batman's back and puts him out of commission for a long time. Someone needs to step up and assume the mantle of Batman. We get to see someone new being Batman. Someone who doesn't follow the code of Batman. He's the new Batman, so it's time for a new code of Batman to be written. A code that gives him free reign to enact justice by any means necessary. Even kill?

 

2 - Batman Court of Owls:

 

This is the story that had long lasting effects in Batman, down til today. Here you find out that Gotham isn't run by the officials. But by a secret society that has long run Gotham from the shadows, The Court of Owls. This put Batman's detective skill to the test, trying to unravel the mystery that is the Court of Owls. I enjoyed this also because we'er

introduced to a brand new characters know has the assassins called Talons. So good!

 

1 - Batman Hush:

 

This has to be one of my favorite Batman stories! We are introduced to a mysterious character who calls himself, Hush. But who is Hush? That's what made this story so good and fun to read. You get major twists in the story all the while trying to figure out who Hush is? You also get a Batman vs Superman fight! Love it!
